Two-step verification is a fast and easy way to verify your identity when signing in to your PSHCP Member Services account through My Canada Life at WorkTM. This will help us ensure that sign-in attempts are legitimate and prevent fraudulent activity. 

Protecting the personal information of PSHCP members is our top priority. With instances of cyber threats on the rise, 2-step verification will make it harder for unauthorized users to access your PSHCP Member Services account. Even if your password is known, it will no longer be enough to access your account.

As a plan member, when you log in, Canada Life will send a one-time code to the email address associated with your PSHCP Member Services account. You will need to enter the code to verify your identity and successfully sign in.

If you do not receive a one-time code, check that the email address associated with your PSHCP Member Services account is correct. We will send the code to that email. Please also check your junk mail folder.  If this does not resolve the problem, please call the PSHCP Member Contact Centre, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, your local time, within North America (toll-free) at 1-855-415-4414, or for international calls (collect) at 1-431-489-4064, to report that your code is not being delivered to your email address.

If you receive a code for a sign-in attempt that is not you, do not attempt to sign in using that code. Please report the suspicious activity by calling the PSHCP Member Contact Centre, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, your local time, within North America (toll-free) at 1-855-415-4414, or for international calls (collect) at 1-431-489-4064

Yes, as long as you keep 2-step verification turned on, you will be required to verify your identity every time you sign in.

Yes. You will need to sign-in using 2-step verification for the first time. But once you are signed in, you can navigate to Your Profile then Security to turn off 2-step verification. However, we strongly encourage you to keep your 2-step verification on as a fast and easy way to ensure your personal information remains secure with multiple layers of security to protect you from unauthorized activity.

The email address associated with your PSHCP Member Services account will be used to provide you with one-time codes for the 2-step verification process. If you do not want codes to be sent to this email address, please sign in to your account and provide a different email address in Your Profile, and the code will be sent to that address going forward.
