As a result of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) labour disruption, Canada Life is unable to deliver outgoing mail or receive incoming mail including statements, general correspondence and cheques until postal services have resumed.
Go digital for continued service
The good news is that Canada Life is ready to help ensure continued service during the labour disruption. Most requests can be easily completed online using your PSHCP Member Services account through My Canada Life at Work™. This will ensure timely claim processing and reimbursements during the strike. You simply need to sign into your account, or if you don’t have one yet, it’s easy and quick to register online. Please note, the first time you sign in, you will need to provide your plan number and certificate number.
By creating a PSHCP Member Services account online, you can access the following digital services:
- Receive timely direct deposits of your reimbursements
- Submit claims
- Access your benefit card(s)
- Update your positive enrolment information, including your direct deposit information
- Send in supporting documentation as requested by Canada Life
- Contact Canada Life using the secure online chat or secure email from the Contact Us page
- And more!
